March: Currently Obsessed With

I wanted to start a new series of things I'm Currently Obsessed With for the month.

1. Skater Dresses 

Right now I'm OBSESSED with this silhoette. If I could wear a Skater dress or skirt everyday I would. Here are some of my favorites. You can see the last time I wore my JCPenney I heart Ronson Skater Dress here.

2. Monochrome Pastels and White

I love the look of monochrome for Spring. I love a pastel monochrome with soft textures as well. I will definitely be incorporating this trend into my wardrobe this season.

3. Vibrant Nail Color

I love when my nails are painted. It's hard to keep them looking in pristine condition between all the garment bags, racks, shoes, jewelry and hangers i'm constantly handling lol. But when they are painted I love it. This month my nails have been pretty vibrant, today is a hot pink :)

The other day it was a beautiful day and I had a few meetings and pulls to do. I wore this skater dress I've had for years from Forever 21. I always feel like a ballerina in this dress lol. I wanted to keep my outfit more monotone and bring in pops of colors with my accessories. I love this bag that I got from a high end thrift store in Dallas a few years ago with my mom. I also thought these t-strap sandals were a perfect silhouette to compliment this dress. I finished my outfit off with a few silver accessories.

Mary Mary Season 3 Screening

Thursday I went to the Season 3 Premiere Screening of Mary Mary. The screening took place at Lago D'Argento Pizzeria in Silverlake. Tina and Erica's sister Goo Goo coordinated the event. The event was full of good people, good times and on-screen drama as we watched a double header of Mary Mary and Scandal. I had the pleasure to meet Goo Goo and Erica, both were extremely beautiful inside and out. The show was great can't wait for the next episode :)

The other evening I went out for a friend's birthday, we went to listen to Jazz at the +W Hotels Hollywood. I decided to wear one of my The Girl That Loves items. I kept the palette simple with black and white and a pop of leopard. I love this color combo together. I wanted to be eye catching with my white and pop of color. I love this jacket I because I got it on sale at H&M a few years back, it adds chicness to any outfit.
