Valentine's Day Protective Styles

Today I thought I'd bring you 3 Protective Styles using only 4 Bobby Pins. All three of these looks would make a great Valentine's Day hairdo. Watch the video below to see how I achieved these styles using 1-4 bobby pins. Comment below if you want more videos like this one. Enjoy! :)

Curly Fro Semi Fail

Since moving to New York I've been trying to figure out hair styles that keep me from walking out of the house with wet hair. The other day I tried this Curly Fro with a modified technique. It came out ok. Pleaser watch the tutorial below and below the video I'll explain what I would have done differently.

Modifications:
  1. Make smaller sections or keep in a day longer
  2. Section hair into 3 sections instead of 2
  3. Comb the ends of my hair
Verdict: I will definitely try this style again. Also I loved my hair the 5th day.

Beast Mode

Jacket H&M | T-shirt Copa Livin | Skirt Vintage | Bag Vintage | Belt Vintage | Necklace Zara | Socks Stance | Bangles H&M | Heels Cathy Jean
Today was church day aka Sunday and the Thir-tee Days of Tees continues. I've been trying to figure out what to wear with this pink skirt for months now. I think it was the perfect pop of color for this outfit. The length is great to show a peek of shoe or sock in this case. And Stance socks are my new favorite and are perfect for showing off.  This H&M jacket it's a great transition piece from fall to winter. The weather here in LA is so up and down it's a must to layer for these ever changing temperature. Check out some jackets, skirts and socks below to help you re-create this look. How do you layer this fall? How do you add a pop of color?
