DVF: Journey of a Dress

Yesterday Saliyl and I took a walk over to the DVF: Journey of a Dress exhibit. The exhibit celebrates the 40th anniversary of Diane von Furstenberg's iconic wrap dress. The exhibit is located at the Wilshire May Company Building and is free to the public. It showcases many of DVF's variation of the dress with the collections grouped by color/ pattern scheme. I was a smitten by more than a few of the dresses and it seems I'm drawn to her anniversary collection. Check out my journey below.

The walls and floors were covered with some of DVF's most famous prints and patterns.

Loved this photo of her.
This had to be my favorite dress. The wrap is actually revealed in the back. If you've been on the blog lately, you know I love when you give a little drama while you walk away.
A few of the dresses were available in the gift store.

The dresses and jumpsuits were beautiful. I can't wait to get my first DVF wrap dress. Have you seen the DVF exhibit? If so what was your favorite part?
